Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer le jaune d\u2019oeuf, le jus de citron et la moutarde.<br \/>\nIncorporer l\u2019huile en un mince fi let en fouettant vigoureusement.<br \/>\nSaler et poivrer. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer au besoin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gu\u00e9dilles<\/strong><br \/>\n2. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer le crabe, le concombre, les oignons verts,<br \/>\n125 ml (1\/2 tasse) de mayonnaise et le tabasco. Saler et poivrer.<br \/>\n3. Dans une grande po\u00eale, dorer les pains l\u00e9g\u00e8rement beurr\u00e9s.<br \/>\n4. Tartiner l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de mayonnaise. Garnir d\u2019une feuille de laitue et<br \/>\nde salade de crabe.
