Foncer 12 moules \u00e0 tartelettes avec la p\u00e2te en la pressant avec les doigts. R\u00e9partir la confiture dans le fond des tartelettes. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Battre le beurre restant et le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse. Incorporer l\u2019oeuf restant. Ajouter le jus et le zeste de citron. Ajouter la farine restante et la levure chimique pr\u00e9alablement tamis\u00e9es ensemble. R\u00e9partir ce m\u00e9lange dans les tartelettes. Cuire au four \u00e0 180oC (350oF) pendant 15 \u00e0 20 min.
