Le bagel est en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral servi sal\u00e9 avec plusieurs variantes de graines s\u00e9same, pavot, potiron, etc.<br \/>\nC\u2019est dans le quartier juif de Montr\u00e9al que se trouve l\u2019une des plus spectaculaires boutiques de bagels au monde, la Bagel-Shop de Saint-Viateur.
