Alors, allons-y, m\u00eame si les 12 personnes pr\u00e9vues ne se pr\u00e9senteront pas).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/span> (30 minutes environ)<br \/>\n\u2022Cuire le lait et la gousse de vanille fendue en deux, \u00e0 feu moyen, sans le laisser d\u00e9border, dans une casserole, puis laisser refroidir.<br \/>\n\u2022M\u00e9langer \u00e0 part la farine, le sucre et le sel.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Un demi-litre de lait<br \/>\n\u2022 250 grammes de sucre<br \/>\n\u2022 35 grammes de farine<br \/>\n\u2022 5 oeufs<br \/>\n\u2022 Une pinc\u00e9e de sel<br \/>\n\u2022 Une gousse de vanille<br \/>\n\u2022 Le jus d&#8217;un citron<br \/>\n\u2022 Une p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u2022Lorsque le lait arrive \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, retirer la casserole du feu, enlever la gousse de vanille en lui retirant ses petites graines et les laisser dans le lait. M\u00e9langer avec la pr\u00e9paration (la farine, le sucre et le sel).<br \/>\n\u2022Rajouter quatre jaunes d&#8217;oeuf et 1 oeuf entier, ainsi que 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe du jus de citron.<br \/>\n\u2022M\u00e9langer le tout avec vigueur.<br \/>\n\u2022Etaler la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e dans les petits moules \u00e0 \u00abpast\u00e9is de nata\u00bb si vous en avez, ou dans des petits moules rectangulaires<br \/>\n\u2022Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans les moules.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Cuisson<\/span><\/strong> \u00e0 environ 200\u00b0\/210\u00b0C pendant une dizaine de minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Surveiller la cuisson et la prolonger si n\u00e9cessaire.
